Three rules that make it different
The data never leaves the program
Every tool runs on the program's own computer and opens no network connection. We hold nothing, so there is no vendor custody of resident records for anyone to review.
No AI in the numbers
Every figure comes from ordinary code and links back to its place in the source file. A named reviewer signs off before a dashboard is shared. AI is optional and only drafts text from de-identified summaries.
Requirements before technology
We fix the data contract from real exports at two programs first. Only then do we choose how the tools are packaged, by testing what a coordinator can actually run on a locked-down hospital PC.

PEC dashboard generator Working, one program
Reads ACGME survey reports, exam results, New Innovations exports, internal surveys and any CSV you map, and writes one dashboard file for the Program Evaluation Committee. Every value reconciles to its source.
CCC dashboard generator Prototype
Per-resident milestone trajectories, evaluations by rotation and role, exam trends and flags with the evidence behind them, for the Clinical Competency Committee. Names residents by design, and says so on every screen.

Instructions that make a program's own institution-approved AI account draft the APE narrative, a CCC agenda or a citation response, from de-identified summaries only.
SurveyDeID Released
A packaged offline de-identifier for survey PDFs. The same folder rules, safe to share and not safe to share, run through the whole suite.

Every arrow is a file boundary. The Program Data Package in the middle is the product; the tools on either side of it are replaceable.
Dashed items are optional and never carry resident-level data. The brief goes only to the program's own institution-approved AI, under the program's policy.

There are no accounts and no permissions in the generators. Access control is the program's file system.
Where this stands
The PEC dashboard is in use at one program. The next step is a three-week discovery phase with a second program: inventory the real exports (headers and shapes only, never values), fix the shared data format, and test what actually runs on a locked-down hospital PC. Only then is the packaging chosen.
