Build both dashboards in your browser
Give this page ACGME survey reports and New Innovations exports. It reads each file once, fills the CCC dashboard and, from the same import, a de-identified PEC dashboard, all on this computer. This page's security policy forbids it from opening any connection, so it cannot upload a file even by mistake.
Alpha demo with synthetic reports. It recognises only the synthetic layouts; real ACGME and New Innovations layouts are added once programs share export structures.
1. Choose reports

Ten ACGME-style survey reports (2021–2022 to 2025–2026) and three New Innovations-style exports: milestone ratings, rotation evaluations and duty hours. Open one to see what the adapters read.
2. Recognise and read
Every adapter looks at every file. A file is read only when exactly one adapter recognises its layout; otherwise it is set aside with each adapter's reason, never guessed at.

3. Two packages from one import
Everything goes into the program package, which drives the CCC. The PEC package is derived from it: survey results as read, rotation evaluations and milestones only as cohort figures suppressed below 5, and critical items as their existence and place (ADR 0005).
To confirm nothing left this computer, open your browser's developer tools, go to the Network tab and build again: no request carries a file or a value. The page's content-security policy sets connect-src 'none'.
4. The dashboards
Composed in this page: each is one self-contained file a committee can open from a shared drive. Both start UNVERIFIED; the Verification and Sign-off tabs show how that banner is cleared.
